Listening to wise words this morning, brought these thoughts to mind.

Awareness and the five senses form the primary means by which we experience and understand the world. By perceiving through sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, we gather information and make sense of our surroundings. When used wisely, these senses can guide us toward doing good and living harmoniously. However, recklessness in using them can lead to harm and misguided actions.


Engaging in wise discourse is refreshing and enlightening. It encourages continuous learning and unlearning, reminding us that there is always more to discover and reconsider. The true essence of knowledge is recognizing that there's often little to truly know and much to experience.


To live a fulfilling life, focus on what brings light and joy to your existence. Embrace that which illuminates your path and avoid anything that darkens your spirit. Wake up to a deeper understanding of life, where deep sleep symbolizes the ultimate state of cherished peace and enlightenment.


Moderation is key: see, speak, and eat only as much as necessary. Refrain from engaging with negativity, whether in sights, words, or sounds. Let pure happiness dispel all that clouds your inner light.


Remember, you are a shining, eternal being, even if you are not always aware of it. Embrace this inner light and let it guide your actions and thoughts, bringing you closer to a state of pure, pristine happiness.
