Three types of individuals struggle with sleep: the ascetic (yogi), the pleasure-seeker (bhogi), and the sick (rogi). The difference between the wise (gnani) and the ignorant (agnani) lies in their awareness and intention behind their actions.

The yogi spends time purposefully, seeking inner fulfillment, while the bhogi indulges in pleasure-seeking activities.

The gnani acts knowingly, leading to lasting happiness, while the agnani engages in actions without full understanding, often facing consequences soon after.
