Welcome April ...01.04.2024

The mango tree has stood for several years, accompanied by a chickoo and a coconut tree yielding early green fruits. Despite the passage of time, the backyard remains a witness to the myriad changes within the family. These fruits symbolize the fruition of good and noble intentions, cherished over the years, enjoyed in various forms, and shared among the family and future generations. The tree, adorned with clusters of fruits, resembles a nurturing mother surrounded by a fleet of playful toddlers.

From the moment of fruit setting, known as "pindelu" in Telugu, these fruits are utilized in countless ways. Initially, they are transformed into various types of pickles, each stage offering a unique flavor profile. As they progress, they evolve into different forms of chutneys—ranging from sweet to sour to umami—adding depth to culinary experiences. Further creativity ensues as they become ingredients for snack items, blended with salt, green chilies, dhals, and sambaru. With many varieties to explore, when these fruits finally ripen, they reign as the king of delectable fruits, generously enriching life and expanding our taste buds through nature's bounty.
